There is partially difference in moisture level of discharging leaf from primary tea rolling dryer. The rolling process is important to unify the leaf moisture, since there is moisture difference in stalk and leaf specially in young buds. Furthermore, it helps to make fine tight shape by softening the leaves with strong rolling.
